The first step in our roof coating process is to thoroughly clean the roof of all moss, lichen, dirt and debris. Any damaged, broken or missing tiles are replaced and repointing of ridge tiles and side verges are carried out at this stage. The roof is then treated with a bio-chemical solution to inhibit future growth of moss and lichen. Finally, we apply the coating to the roof. This seals the porous tile, preventing moss and lichen from growing on the tile.
